Mumbai :The Borivali Police have registered yet another case against Borivali based builder Navkar Lifespaces Pvt Ltd and its Directors Sameer Bhube, Santosh Anjerlekar, Including The brother of Sameer Bhube Devendra Bhube, His wife Kejal Bhube and Partner Mukesh Gala.
As per details of the FIR the said Builder has sold a single flat to 4 different individuals and also raised loans from financial institutions by creating fake and bogus flat buyers and forging documents to obtain the said loans and after making some initial payments of the EMI’s the builder stopped paying for the loan obtained fraudulently including the sudden disappearance of the original borrower .
Sr Inspector Ninad Sawant of Borivali police station claims that the matter is under investigation, however lawyer of the complainant Adv. Kotesh Reddy states that despite incriminating evidence against the builder including 4 different registered agreements of the same flat the police is dragging their feet in the investigation and favouring the accused by not arresting them and also allowing them to contact the complainant and threaten him. According to Adv Kotesh Reddy the complainant has also complained to the Zonal DCP regarding the accused threatening him
