Randhir Savarkar
Mumbai : BJP claims that it wants to support skill development for youth, to create jobs, and to help start up businesses. All this is just for speeches and BJP is in fact anti youth. In Maharashtra BJP MLA Randhir Savarkar has cheated a youth in Mumbai and has not yet been arrested despite an FIR being registered.
Sachin Kale, a young man started the business of construction contracts. He got a contract from Dhanalaxmi Enterprises through its partners Suresh More, Sopan Borade and Ravindra Kulhe – Dhanalaxmi Enterprises got a contract from MHADA for redevelopment of Building No 87 in Raigad CHS in Vikroli East which they sub-contracted it to Sachin Kale in 2011 where he had to invest in the materials and construction. Then suddenly 5 new partners appeared – BJP MLA Randhir Savarkar from Akola East, Balwant Mahalle, Prakash Pohore, Rishikesh Pohore and Anup Sanjay Dhotre (son of BJP MP Sanjay Dhotre from Akola).
These new partners harassed Kale about the payments, making only late, part-payments. The payments were made from Dhanalaxmi Enterprises account in Akola Urban Cooperative Bank, Kalbadevi (Mumbai) Branch and the signing authorities were Randhir Savarkar and Balwant Mahalle. The construction was 86% complete, and Sachin Kale had only got 5 crores and 6.5 crores was pending. At this point MLA Randhir Savarkar threatened Sachin Kale with a gun and told him to leave the contract and forget the balance money. Sachin Kale went to Kanamwar Nagar Police Station and gave a complaint on 23.07.2013 but only and NC was registered. No inquiry or action was done by the police.
Then Sachin Kale approached the High Court of Bombay for arbitration. Dhanalxmi Enterprises was represented by Balwant Mahalle and Anup Dhotre. At all times it was shown that there were 8 partners. Sachin Kale filed an RTI with Registrar of Partnership Firms in Mumbai on 07.06.2016 to verify who all were the directors of Dhanalaxmi Enterprises – he was shocked to learn that MLA Randhir Savarkar, Balwant Mahalle, Prakash Pohore, Rishikesh Pohore and Anup Dhotre were not registered partners. They had misled him and even misled the court! Sachin informed the Honourable High Court but the other side refused to reply and delayed the court proceedings.
Finally, armed with fresh copy of the RTI dated 26.04.2017, Sachin Kale approached the police again and on 27.04.2017 an FIR was registered in Kanamwar Police station, 147/17 against MLA Randhir Savarkar, Balwant Mahalle, Prakash Pohore, Rishikesh Pohore and Anup Dhotre under sections 420, 120B, 504, 506, 205, 207, 193, 199, 141 and 348.
Sachin Kale has lost all his money, he has mortgaged his house, sold his car and other assets to deliver this contract and he is now in total debt. His life and his that of his family and 9 month old baby, is destroyed. Prakash Pohore has a criminal record and Sachin Kale feels that there may be an attack on him. Attempts are being made to make false complaints against Sachin Kale.
Randhir Savarkar and his cronies made 50 crores in this redevelopment but did not even pay the contractor 5 crores. They have cheated the contactor of 6.5 crores.
Randhir Savarkar openly threatened Sachin Kale with a gun and today Kale’s life is in danger.
Dhanalaxmi Enterprises is a Benami company of Randhir Savarkar which he openly runs even though he is not a registered partner.
He runs a false account for this company in Akola Urban Cooperative Bank where he is the authorized signatory.
Randhir Savarkar and his 4 cronies misled the Honourable High Court into believing that they were partners in Dhanalaxmi Enterprises.
Randhir Savarkar ‘s election affidavit does not mention that he is partner in Dhanalxmi Enterprises and its income is not mentioned.
Repeat Offender Randhir Savarkar
This is not the first time that Randhir Savarkar has lied on Affidavit and run benami companies. In 2016, State INTCU Secretary, Pradipkumar Wakharia filed a petition under 125A claiming that Randhir Savarkar had concealed his properties and benami companies in Akola from his election affidavit. The District Court had ruled in Wakharia’s favour ordered the “Issue Process” and directed that proceedings be started against Randhir Savarkar. The sessions court too upheld this order and Randhir Savarkar has now gone to the High Court Napgur Bench to try and quash this case.
As per Wakharia, Randhir Savarkar concealed the following things:
1. In Sale deed dated 5.10.2012 Randhir Savarkar disclosed 6 plots whereas he had purchased 7.
2. Grabbed a plot on Gowrakshan Road, Akola, which was given by the government to Late MP Vinaykumar Parasher on lease.
3. He concealed that he is proprietor/partner of Unnati Associates
4. He suppressed information regarding the properties owned by him through Unnati Associates.
Incidentally Unnati Associates is now thriving and working in Mumbai too.
AAP Demands
Aam Aadmi Party demands that Randhir Savarkar and his cronies should be arrested immediately. They have cheated and threatened the life of young, helpless man. The local police station is under tremendous pressure to make no arrest as they are leaders of the ruling party. Hence AAP demands that the inquiry be shifted to the Crime Branch and Sachin Kale be given police protection.
It is shame that we are ruled by the BJP which is today the refuge of scamsters and cheaters. It should introspect how its MLAs have blatantly lied under affidavit.
